数字化背景下变革型领导对团队员工创造力的影响

Abstract:
基于新型领导理论、三元交互决定理论,探析变革型领导对团队员工创造力的影响路径,构建以心理授权和自我效能满足感作为中介变量,组织认同感为调节变量的混合模型。通过对山东、湖北相关企业的员工进行问卷调查,运用SPSS27.0、Stata17、Amos28.0软件进行数据实证研究,结果表明变革型领导对团队员工的创造力起着显著的正向作用,心理授权以及自我效能满足感起到了中介作用,组织认同感则有着正向的显著的调节作用,可以调节变革型领导与团队员工创造力之间的关系。
Based on the new leadership theory and the three-way interactive decision theory, this paper analyzes the influence path of transformational leadership on the creativity of team employees, and constructs a mixed model with psychological empowerment and self-efficacy satisfaction as mediating variables and organizational identity as moderating variables. By conducting a questionnaire survey on employees in relevant enterprises in Shandong and Hubei, and using SPSS27.0, Stata17 and Amos28.0 software for data empirical analysis, it is verified that transformational leadership has a significant positive effect on team employees’ creativity, and psychological empowerment and self-efficacy satisfaction play an intermediary role. Organizational identity has a positive moderating effect, which can regulate the relationship between transformational leadership and team creativity.
