社会工作视角下电子商务助力智慧养老体系构建探析
Analysis on E-Commerce Promoting the Construction of Smart Elderly Care System from the Perspective of Social Work

随着老龄化的不断加剧，我国传统的养老模式已不能满足老年人的多样化需求，智慧养老成为新的发展领域。当前，电子商务的快速发展为构建智慧养老注入了新的活力和机遇，在助力智慧养老体系构建中具有优势，然而，也面临着一些挑战。本文从社会工作视角出发，通过增强老人能力建设，拓宽社会支持网络；健全相关法律法规，提升服务质量；研发针对性养老产品，搭建多元合作平台等策略，有效促进电子商务和智慧养老的融合发展，构建更加完善、高效、人性化的智慧养老体系。
With the continuous intensification of aging, China’s traditional pension models can no longer meet the diverse needs of the elderly, and smart pension has become a new development area. Currently, the rapid development of e-commerce has injected new vitality and opportunities into the construction of smart pension, and it has advantages in promoting the construction of the smart pension system. However, it also faces some challenges. From the perspective of social work, this paper, through strengthening the capacity building of the elderly and broadening the social support network, perfecting relevant laws and regulations and improving service quality, researching and developing targeted pension products and building multiple-cooperation platforms and other strategies, effectively promotes the integrated development of e-commerce and smart pension, and constructs a more complete, efficient and human-centered smart pension system.
