随着高等教育的普及，毕业生数量逐年递增。在此形势下，做好大学生的职业生涯规划教育显得尤为重要。辅导员作为大学生的人生导师和健康生活的知心朋友，指导学生做好职业生涯规划，推动其全面发展乃是辅导员工作的重点之一。文章旨在剖析大学生职业生涯规划现存的问题、探讨辅导员在职业生涯规划方面的作用以及帮助学生树立正确的职业观念、提升就业竞争力。
With the popularization of higher education, the number of graduates increases year by year. In this situation, it is particularly important to do a good job in college students’ career planning education. As the life mentor and the intimate friend of the healthy life of the college students, it is one of the key points of the counselor’s work to guide the students to make a good career plan and promote their all-round development. This paper aims to analyze the existing problems of college students’ career planning, explore the role of counselors in career planning, and help students establish correct career concepts and enhance employment competitiveness.
