In this situation, it is particularly important to do a good job in college students&#8217; career planning education. As the life mentor and the intimate friend of the healthy life of the college students, it is one of the key points of the counselor&#8217;s work to guide the students to make a good career plan and promote their all-round development. This paper aims to analyze the existing problems of college students&#8217; career planning, explore the role of counselors in career planning, and help students establish correct career concepts and enhance employment competitiveness.
