老挝企业信息化转型的挑战与对策研究
Research on the Challenges and Countermeasures of Enterprise Informatization Transformation in Laos

在全球数字化浪潮的推动下，信息化转型已成为各国企业提高竞争力和优化业务流程的重要策略。老挝作为东南亚的新兴经济体，面临着实现企业信息化转型的紧迫需求。基于此，本研究分析了老挝企业信息化转型的背景和现状，对信息化转型的核心挑战进行了系统性探讨，并提出了一系列可行的策略建议。研究旨在为老挝企业及政府提供理论支持和实践参考，以推动企业信息化转型和经济现代化进程。
Driven by the global wave of digitalization, information technology transformation has become a crucial strategy for enterprises worldwide to enhance competitiveness and optimize business processes. Laos, as an emerging economy in Southeast Asia, faces an urgent need for enterprise information technology transformation. Based on this, the present study analyzes the background and current status of enterprise digital transformation in Laos, systematically explores the core challenges of this transformation, and proposes a series of feasible strategic recommendations. The aim of this research is to provide theoretical support and practical references for both Lao enterprises and the government to facilitate enterprise digital transformation and the process of economic modernization.
