Abstract:

随着二十大的召开,数字经济和产业数字化的发展为经济注入新的动力,也带来了观念的革新。在当前经济发展的背景下,价值共创已经成为企业转型升级、获取发展动力、确立战略导向、构建高质量发展模式的必然选择。本文的重点是探讨数字化环境下的价值共创、创新行为和员工创新绩效之间的关系。研究发现,价值共创有助于激发创新行为,推动组织内外的价值创造活动,进而影响员工的创新绩效。该研究为我国企业在发展过程中应用价值共创战略、提升核心竞争力提供了借鉴框架和参考依据,它使得企业能够更科学地评估自身的价值创造水平,制定合理的发展模式,并在价值共创的影响下激发员工的创新意识,推动创新行为,从而提高企业绩效。最终,这将为国内经济的发展塑造韧性并提供动力。
With the convening of the 20th National Congress, the development of digital economy and industrial digitization has injected new impetus into the economy and brought about a revolution in concepts. In the context of current economic development, value co-creation has become an inevitable choice for enterprises to transform and upgrade, obtain development momentum, establish strategic guidance, and build high-quality development models. The focus of this article is to explore the relationship between value co-creation, innovative behavior, and employee innovation performance in the digital environment. Research has found that value co-creation can help stimulate innovative behavior, drive value-creation activities both inside and outside the organization, and ultimately affect employees’ innovation performance. This study provides a reference framework and basis for Chinese enterprises to apply value co-creation strategies and enhance core competitiveness in their development process. It enables enterprises to more scientifically evaluate their own value creation level, formulate reasonable development models, and stimulate employees’ innovative consciousness and promote innovative behavior under the influence of value co-creation, thereby improving enterprise performance. Ultimately, this will shape resilience and provide momentum for the development of the domestic economy.
