基于CiteSpace的新能源汽车后市场服务数字化国内外对比研究

Abstract:
新能源汽车的迅猛发展推动了后市场的数字化转型,促使相关研究逐渐升温。本文利用CiteSpace对国内外新能源汽车后市场服务数字化的相关文献进行了可视化分析,旨在揭示不同地区研究的主要主题与关注点。通过对文献关键词的聚类分析和热点趋势的挖掘,本文发现国内研究更注重充电基础设施和售后服务质量的提升,而国外研究则集中于市场动态与消费者行为的分析。这些发现为新能源汽车后市场服务数字化的进一步研究提供了重要的理论基础和实践参考。
The rapid development of new energy vehicles (NEVs) has catalyzed the digital transformation of their aftermarket services, leading to a growing body of research in this area. This study employs CiteSpace to conduct a visual analysis of relevant literature on the digitalization of aftermarket services for NEVs both domestically and internationally, aiming to elucidate the primary themes and focal points of research in different regions. Through keyword clustering and trend analysis, this study finds that domestic research predominantly emphasizes the enhancement of charging infrastructure and after-sales service quality, while international studies concentrate on market dynamics and consumer behavior analysis. These findings provide a significant theoretical foundation and practical insights for further research on the digitalization of aftermarket services for new energy vehicles.
