Abstract:

本文探究了基于电子商务大数据分析的高校治理的提升路径。随着大数据和人工智能技术在全球范围内的广泛应用,电子商务中的精准营销、客户关系管理(CRM)、供应链优化等策略逐渐普及,并显著提升了用户体验和管理效率。高校可以借鉴这些技术经验,通过数据采集、分析与治理,提升校园管理和教学效率,帮助优化学生的学习路径,改善学生的学习体验等。此外,借助大数据技术,高校能够优化资源配置与成本控制,提升资源利用效率。将电子商务中的技术创新应用于高校治理,将有助于建设更加智能化、个性化和可持续的校园环境。
This article explores the improvement path of university governance by drawing on e-commerce big data analysis. With the widespread application of big data and artificial intelligence technology worldwide, precision marketing, customer relationship management (CRM), supply chain optimization and other strategies in e-commerce are gradually becoming popular, significantly improving user experience and management efficiency. Universities can learn from these technological experiences, improve campus management and teaching efficiency through data collection, analysis, and governance, help optimize students’ learning paths, and enhance their learning experience. In addition, with the help of big data technology, universities can optimize resource allocation and cost control, and improve resource utilization efficiency. Applying technological innovation in e-commerce to university governance will help build a more intelligent, personalized, and sustainable campus environment.
