乡村振兴战略背景下苏北农村电商发展研究——以宿迁为例

Abstract:
在互联网的普及与信息化的推动下,农村电商发展成为乡村振兴不可或缺的一环。本文以苏北农村电商发展为背景,以宿迁市为具体分析对象,聚焦相关政策、产业策略、现有成果三个领域,梳理出了政策力度不够、品牌建设不足、人才储备不充分、配套服务不健全等问题,并就以上问题分别探究发展路径,以期助力苏北农村电子商务实现更全面的发展。
With the popularization of the Internet and the development of information technology, the practice of rural revitalization strategy has been inseparable from the development of rural e-commerce. This paper takes the development of rural e-commerce in northern Jiangsu Province as the background, takes Suqian City as the specific analysis object, focuses on the relevant policies, industrial strategies, and the existing results in three areas, and combs out the insufficient policy strength, insufficient brand construction, insufficient talent reserves, and incomplete supporting services, etc., and explores the development paths of the above problems, in order to help rural e-commerce in northern Jiangsu Province to realize a more comprehensive development.
