美的集团股权激励对企业绩效的影响研究

Abstract:

本文旨在研究股权激励对企业绩效的影响。首先,通过阅读归纳国内外相关文献,提出了股权激励、企业绩效的概念,分析了股权激励对企业绩效的影响以及股权激励契约设计等方面的研究现状。接着以美的集团为例,运用案例分析的方法,对其现有的股权激励方案进行分析,并研究股权激励对企业绩效的影响。研究结果表明,股权激励可以激励员工的工作积极性和创造性,提高企业的绩效,但在具体实施中还需要注意激励方式、激励对象和激励期限等因素的合理配置。本文的研究结论有助于企业更好地理解股权激励对企业绩效的影响机制,提高股权激励的有效性和实施效果。
This article aims to study the impact of equity incentives on enterprise performance. First of all, by reading and summarizing relevant literature at home and abroad, the concept of equity incentive and enterprise performance is put forward, and the impact of equity incentive on enterprise performance and the research status of equity incentive contract design are analyzed. Then the paper takes Midea Group as an example, uses the method of case analysis to analyze its existing equity incentive scheme, and studies the impact of equity incentive on enterprise performance. The research results show that equity incentives can motivate employees’ enthusiasm and creativity, and improve the performance of the enterprise, but in the specific implementation, it is also necessary to pay attention to the reasonable allocation of factors such as incentive methods, incentive objects and incentive periods. The research conclusions of this paper will help enterprises better understand the impact mechanism of equity incentives on enterprise performance, and improve the effectiveness and implementation effect of equity incentives.
