本文探讨了阜阳市图书馆在儿童阅读推广方面的策略实践。文章结合阜阳市儿童人口现状与图书馆的总体设施情况，理清当地少儿阅读的机遇与挑战，着重指出其在少儿阅读服务方面的积极探索。随后，文章对图书馆在少儿阅读推广中的主要策略进行了梳理，涵盖了图书资源建设、服务模式创新、阅读环境优化、合作与联动机制构建以及数字化认知培养等多方面内容。在此基础上，文章探讨了阜阳市图书馆在推广少儿阅读中存在的问题，如资源分配不均、服务创新瓶颈和社会合作难题等。最后，针对上述问题提出包括优化资源配置、创新服务模式、强化社会合作的建议，旨在进一步提升图书馆的服务能力，助力少儿阅读素养的全面提升。
This article explores the strategic practices of Fuyang Library in promoting children’s reading. By examining the current situation of the child population in Fuyang and the overall facilities of the library, the article clarifies the opportunities and challenges for children’s reading in the local area, emphasizing the library’s active exploration in providing reading services for children. Subsequently, the article organizes the main strategies employed by the library in promoting children’s reading, covering various aspects such as the construction of book resources, innovation in service models, optimization of the reading environment, the establishment of cooperation and collaboration mechanisms, and the cultivation of digital literacy. Building on this foundation, the article discusses the problems faced by Fuyang Library in promoting children’s reading, such as uneven resource allocation, bottlenecks in service innovation, and difficulties in social cooperation. Finally, it proposes suggestions to address these issues, including optimizing resource allocation, innovating service models, and strengthening social cooperation, with the aim of further enhancing the library’s service capabilities and supporting the comprehensive improvement of children’s reading literacy.
