Abstract:

益生菌作为一类对宿主有益的活性微生物,近年来在食品、保健品及宠物食品领域得到了广泛关注。本文综述了益生菌的研究进展,包括其定义、分类、作用机理及宠物食品加工工艺对益生菌的影响。同时,本文详细分析了益生菌在宠物食品加工中的应用现状。通过本文综述,旨在为宠物食品行业提供益生菌应用的科学依据和技术参考。
Probiotics, as a type of beneficial active microorganisms to the host, have received extensive attention in the fields of food, health products, and pet food in recent years. This article reviews the research progress of probiotics, including their definition, classification, mechanisms of action, and the impact of pet food processing methods on probiotics. Additionally, this article provides a detailed analysis of the current status of probiotics application in pet food processing. The purpose of this review is to provide scientific basis and technical references for the use of probiotics in the pet food industry.
