This article takes the ideological and political construction of the MBA program “Corporate Social Responsibility and Business Ethics” at Shanghai University of Engineering Science as an example to explore the importance and practical path of integrating corporate social responsibility and business ethics education into MBA education. By analyzing the specific practices of Shanghai University of Engineering Science in terms of course ideological and political content, teaching methods, faculty construction, and assessment system, the aim is to provide reference experience for other universities, promote the comprehensive development of MBA students, and cultivate high-quality management talents with social responsibility and moral cultivation.
