By analyzing the specific practices of Shanghai University of Engineering Science in terms of course ideological and political content, teaching methods, faculty construction, and assessment system, the aim is to provide reference experience for other universities, promote the comprehensive development of MBA students, and cultivate high-quality management talents with social responsibility and moral cultivation.
