In today’s society, ideological and political education is the focus of colleges and universities, but also an important activity to train college students. As today’s college students are facing many challenges and pressures, it is particularly important to guide them to solve their mental health problems with ideological and political education concepts. Therefore, it is necessary to explore the current ideological and political education and mental health of college students, so as to help college students correctly deal with the relationship between ideological and political education and mental health problems, and establish a good outlook on life, values and moral.
