%X 在当今社会，思想政治教育是高校普遍关注的重点，也是培养大学生人才的重要活动。思想政治教育对大学生树立正确的价值观和良好的心理素质起着尤为关键的作用。并且随着社会的日益发展，心理健康状况逐渐成为社会关注的焦点，尤其是在当今大学生群体表现得较为突出。由于现如今的大学生面临诸多挑战和压力，引导他们用思想政治教育理念解决心理健康问题显得格外重要。因此，需要对当前高校大学生思想政治教育心理健康状况深入探究，以此帮助大学生正确处理思想政治教育和心理健康问题的关系，树立良好的人生观、价值观和道德观。
In today’s society, ideological and political education is the focus of colleges and universities, but also an important activity to train college students. Ideological and political education plays a key role in college students’ correct values and good psychological quality. And with the increasing development of the society, the mental health situation has gradually become the focus of social attention, especially in today’s college students. As today’s college students are facing many challenges and pressures, it is particularly important to guide them to solve their mental health problems with ideological and political education concepts. Therefore, it is necessary to explore the current ideological and political education and mental health of college students, so as to help college students correctly deal with the relationship between ideological and political education and mental health problems, and establish a good outlook on life, values and moral.
