社区中医药健康服务发展的现实困境及对策研究
Research on the Realistic Dilemmas and Countermeasures of the Development of Community Traditional Chinese Medicine Health Services

中医药是中国传统医学瑰宝，具有得天独厚的优势。健康中国战略背景下，国家在政策上大力支持社区中医药健康管理发展，要求社区卫生服务中心积极发挥中医药、中西医结合和民族医药的适宜技术。但目前中医药健康融入社区卫生服务中心仍然处于发展阶段，面临着认知受限、人才短缺、能力不足等问题。本文结合当前社区中医药健康服务的具体情况对其中存在的问题进行分析，并提出了相应的发展策略。
Traditional Chinese medicine is a treasure of traditional Chinese medicine and has unique advantages. Under the background of the Healthy China strategy, the state strongly supports the development of community traditional Chinese medicine health management in terms of policy, requiring community health service centers to actively utilize appropriate technologies of traditional Chinese medicine, integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine, and ethnic medicine. However, the current integration of traditional Chinese medicine health into community health service centers is still in the development stage and faces problems such as limited cognition, talent shortage, and insufficient capacity. This article combines the current specific situation of traditional Chinese medicine health services in the community to analyze the existing problems and proposes corresponding development strategies.
