数字经济背景下贵州省农村电商发展现状及对策研究

Abstract:
近些年,网络信息技术与数字经济繁荣发展,为加速城乡之间各要素、资源有效流通与农村电商发展供给技术和经济基础。与此同时,城市电商行业现已迈进白热化竞争阶段,能够拓宽的市场空间也逐渐减少。在此环境下,农村电商产业迎来全新发展契机,并呈现出转变城乡地区分化现象不断扩大的趋势,现已成为解决我国三农现实问题,促进乡村振兴落实的重要路径。而本文正是以此为背景,对贵州省农村电商现状进行研究。在此过程中,本文结合了贵州省农村电商的发展特点,来分析贵州省农村电商发展过程中存在的不足,如基础设施不完善、物流体系不健全、电商人才短缺、品牌意识淡薄等问题。针对上述问题,本文基于农村电商的相关理念以及贵州省农村地区的整体情况,提出应完善网络基础设施建设,培养专业电商人才,完善物流体系建设,提高乡村电商的品牌和信誉等措施。
In recent years, the prosperity and development of network information technology and digital economy have provided a technical and economic foundation for accelerating the effective circulation of various elements and resources between urban and rural areas and the development of rural e-commerce. At the same time, the urban e-commerce industry has now entered a stage of white-hot competition, and the market space that can be broadened is gradually decreasing. In this environment, the rural e-commerce industry has ushered in a new development opportunity, and has shown a trend of transforming the differentiation between urban and rural areas, which has now become an important path to solving the practical problems of China’s agriculture, rural areas and rural areas and promote the implementation of rural revitalization. It is against this background that this paper studies the pattern of rural e-commerce in Guizhou. In this process, this paper combines the development characteristics of rural e-commerce in Guizhou Province to analyze the shortcomings in the development of rural e-commerce in Guizhou, such as imperfect infrastructure, imperfect logistics system, shortage of e-commerce talents, and weak brand awareness. In view of the above problems, based on the relevant concepts of rural e-commerce and the overall situation of rural areas in Guizhou, this paper proposes that in order to solve these problems, measures should be taken to improve the construction of network infrastructure, cultivate professional e-commerce talents, improve the construction of logistics system, and improve the brand and reputation of rural e-commerce.
