新内生发展理论下农村电商助力建设宜居宜业和美乡村的逻辑与策略

Abstract:
随着乡村振兴战略的实施以及农村互联网技术的普及，农村电商正处于蓬勃发展的阶段，而新内生发展理论为乡村发展提供了重要的理论依据，对于指导农村电商助力建设宜居宜业和美乡村具有重要意义。本文立足于新内生发展理论，阐述了新内生发展理论的基本内容，并且对于用该理论指导农村电商助力宜居宜业和美乡村建设进行适切性分析，阐释了新内生理论下农村电商助力宜居宜业和美乡村建设的内在逻辑，进而提出了目前乡村建设存在的现实挑战及应对策略，以期为农村电商助力建设宜居宜业和美乡村提供参考和建议。
With the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy and the popularization of rural Internet technology, rural e-commerce is in a stage of vigorous development, and the new endogenous development theory provides an important theoretical basis for rural development, which is of great significance for guiding rural e-commerce to help build livable and livable industries and beautiful villages. Based on the new endogenous development theory, this paper expounds the basic content of the new endogenous development theory, and analyzes the appropriateness of using this theory to guide the rural e-commerce to help livable and beautiful rural construction, and explains the new endogenous theory. The internal logic of rural e-commerce to help livable and beautiful rural construction, and then put forward the current practical challenges and coping strategies in rural construction, in order to provide reference and suggestions for rural e-commerce to help build livable and beautiful villages.
