Abstract:

绿色发展战略价值诉求从“污染治理”向“价值创造”的转变对企业进行绿色创新提出了更为紧迫的现实要求,数字技术可供性为企业开展前摄型绿色创新提供了动力。基于知识基础观和合法性理论,引入元知识开发能力作为中介变量,环境规制作为调节变量。基于224份问卷调查数据进行实证分析,研究结果表明:(1) 数字技术可供性显著正向影响企业前摄型绿色创新;(2) 元知识开发能力对数字技术可供性与前摄型绿色创新的关系具有部分中介作用;(3) 环境规制对数字技术可供性与元知识开发能力之间的调节作用不显著。研究结果揭示了数字技术可供性对企业前摄型绿色创新的影响机制,对企业进行前摄型绿色创新具有重要的理论启示和实践借鉴。
The transformation of the value appeal of green development strategy from “pollution control” to “value creation” puts forward more urgent practical requirements for enterprises to carry out green innovation, and the digital technology affordance provides a driving force for enterprises to carry out proactive green innovation. Based on the knowledge-based view and legitimacy theory, meta-knowledge development capability is introduced as the mediating variable, and environmental regulation is used as the moderating variable. Based on the empirical analysis of 224 questionnaire survey data, the results show that (1) Digital technology affordance has a significant positive impact on the proactive green innovation of enterprises; (2) Meta-knowledge development capabilities have a partial mediating effect on the relationship between digital technology affordance and proactive green innovation; (3) The moderating effect of environmental regulation on the relationship between the digital technology affordance and meta-knowledge development capability is not significant. The results reveal the influencing mechanism of digital technology affordance on enterprises’ proactive green innovation, and have important theoretical implications and practical references for enterprises to carry out proactive green innovation.
