健康教育对中国唇腭裂儿童生存质量影响的Meta分析

Abstract:
本研究通过Meta分析评估了健康教育对中国唇腭裂患儿生存质量的影响，纳入了10篇相关文献。结果显示，健康教育能够显著提升唇腭裂患儿的生存质量，尤其在生理功能、社会行为和心理健康等方面表现出明显的改善。常规“语言–心理”健康教育显示出最为显著的效果(SMD = 2.212)，其次为多维度整合型健康教育(SMD = 1.956)和创新型健康教育(SMD = 1.891)。此外，研究讨论了不同教育类型的效果差异，并指出未来研究应进一步细化健康教育内容，针对不同患者群体制定个性化的教育方案，以更好地服务于患儿的康复和社会融入。
This study conducted a meta-analysis to evaluate the impact of health education on the quality of life of children with cleft lip and palate in China, including 10 relevant studies. The results showed that health education significantly improved the quality of life of these children, particularly in terms of physiological function, social behavior, and mental health. Conventional “language-psychological” health education demonstrated the most significant effect (SMD = 2.212), followed by multidimensional integrated health education (SMD = 1.956) and innovative health education (SMD = 1.891). The study also discussed the differences in the effectiveness of different types of education and suggested that future research should further refine the content of health education and develop personalized education programs for different patient groups to better support the rehabilitation and social integration of children with cleft lip and palate.
