Abstract:

随着网络技术的飞速发展,电子商务已突破国界限制,呈现出全球化的发展趋势。这一发展趋势不仅带来了巨大的市场机遇,也伴随着诸多挑战和冲突。运用矛盾分析法剖析电商企业在全球化进程中所面临现实困境的形成机理,发现电子商务全球化发展中存在全球市场统一化与国家监管差异化之间的矛盾、消费者需求多样化与供应链标准化之间的矛盾、数据隐私保护与跨境数据流动之间的矛盾、知识产权保护与贸易自由流通之间的矛盾、大型企业垄断与市场公平竞争之间的矛盾、文化差异性与服务本土化之间的矛盾。对此,世界各国应当与电商企业一道,坚持问题导向,积极应对冲突,努力调和矛盾,为构建开放型世界经济增添新动能。
With the rapid development of network technology, e-commerce has broken through the limitations of national boundaries, showing the trend of globalization. This development trend not only brings huge market opportunities, but also is accompanied by many challenges and conflicts. Using the method of contradiction analysis to analyze the formation mechanism of the real dilemmas faced by e-commerce enterprises in the process of globalization, it is found that in the development of e-commerce globalization, there are the contradictions between the global market unification and the national regulatory differences, the contradictions between the diversification of consumer demand and the standardization of supply chain, the contradictions between the protection of data privacy and the cross-border data flow, the contradictions between the protection of intellectual property rights and the free flow of trade, the contradictions between large enterprise monopoly and fair market competition, and between cultural differentiation and service localization. In this regard, countries around the world should work together with e-commerce enterprises, adhere to the problem-oriented approach, actively respond to conflicts, and strive to reconcile contradictions, so as to add new momentum to the construction of an open world economy.
