Abstract:

随着信息技术的飞速发展,电子商务已成为全球经济的重要组成部分。它不仅改变了传统的商业模式,也对国际经济交流产生了深远的影响。然而,电子商务的全球性特征使得其在面临经济制裁时呈现出复杂性。经济制裁作为一种国际经济手段,旨在通过限制贸易和金融往来迫使某国改变其政策或行为。当经济制裁与电子商务相遇时,它们之间的交互作用对国际贸易、消费者权益保护以及全球市场秩序都可能产生重要影响。电子商务法的制定和实施,旨在规范电子商务活动,保护消费者权益,促进健康有序的电子商务市场环境。特别是在全球化背景下,电子商务法与经济制裁的交互效应显得尤为重要。本文将从消费者和企业经营者角度出发探讨电子商务法如何影响经济制裁的实施,并分析经济制裁对电子商务经营者和消费者权益的潜在影响。
With the rapid development of information technology, e-commerce has become an important component of the global economy. It has not only changed traditional business models, but also had a profound impact on international economic exchanges. However, the global characteristics of e-commerce make it complex when facing economic sanctions. Economic sanctions, as an international political and economic tool, aim to force a country to change its policies or behavior by restricting trade and financial exchanges. When economic sanctions and e-commerce meet, their interaction may have significant impacts on international trade, consumer rights protection, and global market order. The formulation and implementation of the E-commerce Law aims to regulate e-commerce activities, protect consumer rights, and promote a healthy and orderly e-commerce market environment. Especially in the context of globalization, the interaction effect between e-commerce law and economic sanctions is particularly important. This article will explore how e-commerce laws affect the implementation of economic sanctions and analyze the potential impact of economic sanctions on the rights and interests of e-commerce operators and consumers.
