围绕提升岗位能力素质探索实践军事职业教育项目式学习
Practical Exploration of Project-Based Learning in Military Continuing Education, Focusing on Improving Post Ability and Quality

项目式学习是一种积极的教学方式，具有强调能力培养、激发学习兴趣、提高官兵参与度等优点。基于我军军事职业教育的本质内涵，本文按照构建军事职业教育岗位能力素质模型、新型资源体系、在线学习项目三个步骤，以《“悦”读一本书》为例探索实践了军事职业教育项目式学习，以期为军事职业教育事业建设发展提供理论与实践参考。
Project-based learning is an active teaching method, which has the advantages of emphasizing ability cultivation, stimulating learning interest and enhancing officers’ participation. Based on the essential connotation of military continuing education, this paper explores and practices project-based learning in accordance with the three steps of constructing military continuing education post ability quality model, new resource system and online learning project, taking “‘Happy’ reading a Book” as an example. This paper will provide theoretical and practical reference for the construction and development of military continuing education.
