Project-based learning is an active teaching method, which has the advantages of emphasizing ability cultivation, stimulating learning interest and enhancing officers’ participation. Based on the essential connotation of military continuing education, this paper explores and practices project-based learning in accordance with the three steps of constructing military continuing education post ability quality model, new resource system and online learning project, taking “‘Happy’ reading a Book” as an example.
