乡村振兴战略背景下农村电商人才培育路径研究
Research on the Cultivation Path of Rural E-Commerce Talent under the Background of Rural Revitalization Strategy

实施乡村振兴战略是党推进“三农”工作的重要途径，也是实现我国乡村经济发展和民生稳定的重要举措。近年来，迅速发展的电商技术逐渐应用于乡村发展建设过程中，为促进乡村经济的发展作出了巨大贡献。农村电商是电子商务的重要领域，担负着推动乡村振兴的重要职责，而人才的缺失成为制约农村电商发展的瓶颈。本文分析了乡村振兴战略背景下我国农村电商人才培育的现状，在此基础上从体系构建、高校赋能、企业驱动、政策保障四个方面提出了我国农村电商人才培育的新路径，旨在推动农村电子商务发展，提升农村经济活力，助力乡村振兴。
Implementing the rural vitalization strategy is an important way for the Party to promote the work of “three rural areas”, and is also an important measure to realize the development of rural economy and the stability of people’s livelihood in our country. In recent years, the rapid development of e-commerce technology has been gradually applied to the process of rural development and construction, which has made great contributions to the development of rural economy. Rural e-commerce is an important field of e-commerce, which is responsible for promoting rural revitalization. However, the lack of talents has become a bottleneck restricting the development of rural e-commerce. This paper analyzes the current situation of rural e-commerce talent cultivation in China under the background of rural revitalization strategy. On this basis, this paper puts forward a new path of rural e-commerce talent cultivation from four aspects of system construction, university empowerment, enterprise driving and policy guarantee, aiming to promote the development of rural e-commerce, enhance the vitality of rural economy and help rural revitalization.
