新质生产力是随着技术革命性突破而形成的产业升级的新型生产力，对于当代中国的发展方式、发展动力和发展政策具有重要的实践指引意义。新质生产力通过技术进步推动农村电商的发展，提升农村电商的效率，助力农村模式转变和产业升级。然而，在农村电商发展的过程中仍然存在基础设施不够完善、缺乏专业人才、地区之间缺乏协调联动、经营模式单一的现象。因此，在基于新质生产力的基础之上提出加强建设基础设施、培育专业人才、完善区域协调、实现“数商兴农”等建议，为实现乡村振兴提供了全新的动力和可能性。
The new quality productivity is a new type of industrial upgrading productivity formed with the revolutionary breakthrough of technology, which has important practical guiding significance for the development mode, development impetus and development policy of contemporary China. New quality productivity promotes the development of rural e-commerce through technological progress, improves the efficiency of rural e-commerce, and helps rural model transformation and industrial upgrading. However, in the process of rural e-commerce development, there is still incomplete infrastructure, lack of professional talents, lack of coordination between regions, and a single business model. Therefore, on the basis of new quality productivity, suggestions such as strengthening the construction of infrastructure, cultivating professional talents, improving regional coordination, and realizing the “number of businesses to promote agriculture” are put forward to provide a new impetus and possibility for the realization of rural revitalization.
