本文探讨了在中国高校建立朋辈心理咨询师性心理教育与干预体系的必要性。由于文化影响，性话题在中国常被回避，导致青少年缺乏性知识。朋辈心理咨询师能以同龄人的身份，提供更易接受的支持和教育。文章以高校大学生为对象，分析了大学生对性知识的高需求和知识缺乏的现状，提出了选拔、培训、考核朋辈咨询师的方法，并讨论了实施过程中的挑战，如羞耻感、教师资源不足等。文章强调了加强性心理健康教育和朋辈咨询师体系的重要性。
This article explores the necessity of establishing a peer psychological counselor sexual psychological education and intervention system in Chinese universities. Due to cultural influence, sexual topics are often avoided in China, leading to a lack of sexual knowledge among teenagers. Peer counselors can provide more accessible support and education as peers. The article focuses on college students and analyzes the current situation of high demand for sexual knowledge and lack of knowledge. It proposes methods for selecting, training, and assessing peer counselors, and discusses the challenges in the implementation process, such as shame and insufficient teacher resources. The article emphasizes the importance of strengthening sexual mental health education and peer counseling systems.
