在全球经济一体化进程不断加速以及电子商务蓬勃发展的背景下，跨境电商已崭露头角，成为国际贸易的新潮流。其迅猛发展不仅催生了跨境电商物流行业的迅速崛起，更将海外仓推至行业前沿，成为不可或缺的关键环节。跨境电商物流海外仓，作为科技创新驱动的外贸新范式，极大推动了外贸结构的优化与国际经济合作。它通过降低物流成本、提升配送效率、实现灵活退换货及拓宽销售边界等方式，为跨境电商的蓬勃发展提供了有力支撑。然而，海外仓在迅速发展的同时，也遭遇了多重挑战。其中，基础设施建设的滞后、运营管理效率的不足、与跨境电商协同的欠缺以及跨国法律与政策的风险等，均是其发展的绊脚石。这些问题亟待深入研究，以寻求有效的应对策略。海外仓的发展现状、挑战及其应对策略，已成为学术界和行业关注的焦点。本文旨在深入剖析中国跨境电商物流海外仓的当前态势，揭示其面临的主要难题，并提出切实可行的解决方案，以期为行业的稳健发展提供有益参考。
Against the backdrop of the accelerating process of global economic integration and the boom of electronic commerce, cross-border e-commerce has emerged as a new trend in international trade. Its rapid development has not only given rise to the rapid rise of cross-border e-commerce logistics industry, but also pushed overseas warehouses to the forefront of the industry as an indispensable key link. As a new paradigm of foreign trade driven by technological innovation, cross-border e-commerce logistics overseas warehouses have greatly promoted the optimization of foreign trade structure and international economic cooperation. By reducing logistics costs, improving distribution efficiency, achieving flexible returns and exchanges, and expanding sales boundaries, it provides strong support for the vigorous development of cross-border e-commerce. However, while the overseas warehouse is developing rapidly, it has also encountered multiple challenges. Among them, the lagging infrastructure construction, insufficient operational management efficiency, lack of collaboration with cross-border e-commerce, and risks of cross-border laws and policies are all stumbling blocks in its development. These issues need to be further studied to seek effective coping strategies. The current situation, challenges, and coping strategies of overseas warehouses have become the focus of attention in both academic and industry circles. This article aims to deeply analyze the current situation of China’s cross-border e-commerce logistics overseas warehouses, reveal the main problems they face, and propose practical solutions to provide a useful reference for the steady development of the industry.
