浅谈实验教辅人员在医药院校医学微生物学实验教学中的作用

Abstract:
医学微生物学实验是医学微生物学课程的重要组成部分，本文以实验教辅人员在医学微生物学实验教学中的作用为研究对象，总结和探讨了实验教辅人员在医学微生物学实验教学中所发挥的多方面的关键作用，为更好地发挥实验教辅人员的作用、加强对其工作的重视和管理、提高医学微生物学实验教学质量提供借鉴。
Medical microbiology experiments are an important component of the medical microbiology curriculum. This paper takes the role of experimental teaching assistants in the experiment teaching of medical microbiology teaching as the research object, summarises and discusses the key role played by experimental teaching assistants in the experiment teaching of medical microbiology teaching in various aspects, in order to provide certain references for experimental teaching assistants to better play their roles, to strengthen the recognition and management of their work and to improve the teaching quality of experiment teaching of medical microbiology.
