This paper takes the role of experimental teaching assistants in the experiment teaching of medical microbiology teaching as the research object, summarises and discusses the key role played by experimental teaching assistants in the experiment teaching of medical microbiology teaching in various aspects, in order to provide certain references for experimental teaching assistants to better play their roles, to strengthen the recognition and management of their work and to improve the teaching quality of experiment teaching of medical microbiology.
