探析明代厂卫制度对司法的干预

明代在中国建立统治之后，出于巩固统治、加强中央集权、对抗官僚政治集团的目的，设立厂卫制度，并以厂卫机关对文武百官和百姓进行监视，对异己者进行高压打击。由于厂卫制度有皇权的支持，特权不断膨胀，对明代正常的司法产生破坏，并造成严重后果，甚至加速了朱明王朝的灭亡。究其本质，厂卫制度干预司法是专制意志的体现，是皇权过度延伸在司法领域的体现。
