%X 明代在中国建立统治之后&#65292;出于巩固统治、加强中央集权、对抗官僚政治集团的目的&#65292;设立厂卫制度&#65292;并以厂卫机关对文武百官和百姓进行监视&#65292;对异己者进行高压打击。由于厂卫制度有皇权的支持&#65292;特权不断膨胀&#65292;对明代正常的司法产生破坏&#65292;并造成严重后果&#65292;甚至加速了朱明王朝的灭亡。究其本质&#65292;厂卫制度干预司法是专制意志的体现&#65292;是皇权过度延伸在司法领域的体现。<br>The Ming Dynasty in China after the establishment of the rule, in order to consolidate the rule, strengthen the centralization of power, against the bureaucratic political group, the establishment of the Changwei System, and with the Changwei System to civil and military officials and people to monitor, to the dissident high-pressure attack. As the system was supported by the imperial power, the privilege kept expanding, which destroyed the normal judicial system of the Ming Dynasty and caused serious consequences, and even accelerated the demise of the Zhu Ming Dynasty. In essence, the intervention of the system is the embodiment of the despotic will and the excessive extension of imperial power in the judicial field.
