英专生直播带货:“双语直播 + 助农”的创新发展、风险挑战与长效机制

Abstract:
近年来,大学生就业形势发生较大变化,农村地区面临持续的人才短缺困境。英语专业的学生企图在严峻的就业形式中探寻出一条创新型就业路径——双语直播带货。“双语直播 + 助农”的创新模式应运而生,需要关注三个基本问题。一则,“双语直播 + 助农”的本质是大学生就业新尝试和农产品营销的创新融合模式,体现直播带货范式的创新型发展。二则,直播带货本身是依托社交网络、移动支付、电子商务等信息技术推动的消费扶贫,属于数字助农的创新发展,英专生的介入则在服务平台、受众群体、供应链短缺方面面临挑战。因此,本文从制度保障、理念变革、健全管理机制三个方面回应上述问题,提出英专生双语直播带货的长效机制,使其为脱贫攻坚和乡村振兴注入持久动力。
In recent years, the employment landscape for university graduates has undergone significant changes, and rural areas have continued to grapple with a talent shortage. English majors are seeking to carve out an innovative career path amidst the challenging job market—bilingual live streaming for product sales. The emerging “bilingual live streaming + supporting agriculture” model necessitates attention to three fundamental issues. Firstly, the essence of “bilingual live streaming + supporting agriculture” lies in the innovative integration of new employment avenues for university graduates and agricultural product marketing, embodying the innovative development of the live streaming paradigm. Secondly, live streaming sales, inherently, is a form of consumption-driven poverty alleviation leveraging information technologies such as social networks, mobile payments, and e-commerce, falling under the umbrella of digital support for agriculture. The involvement of English majors, however, poses challenges in terms of service platforms, audience demographics, and supply chain shortages. Consequently, this article addresses the aforementioned issues from three perspectives: institutional guarantees, conceptual shifts, and the improvement of management mechanisms. It proposes a long-term mechanism for bilingual live streaming by English majors, aiming to inject sustained momentum into poverty eradication and rural revitalization efforts.
