基于SWOT-AHP模型的比亚迪新能源汽车发展战略分析

Abstract:
基于比亚迪新能源汽车发展现状，运用SWOT-AHP分析法对其优势、劣势、机遇与威胁进行定性和定量分析。结果表明：比亚迪新能源汽车应优先选择SO发展战略，并据此提出持续技术创新，智能化升级，产业链整合优化，拓展国际市场的对策建议，以期为比亚迪新能源汽车发展提供参考依据。
Based on the current development status of BYD’s new energy vehicles, a qualitative and quantitative analysis was conducted using the SWOT-AHP method to assess its strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. The results indicate that BYD’s new energy vehicles should prioritize the SO development strategy. Accordingly, this study proposes countermeasures such as continuous technological innovation, intelligent upgrades, optimization of industrial chain integration, and expansion into international markets. These suggestions aim to provide a reference for the development of BYD’s new energy vehicles.
