Abstract:

随着社会经济的飞速发展及人民生活水平的提高,人们对健康越来越重视,目前,国内大多数零售药店都是以连锁形式来开展业务活动。因此,随着我国商业形态的演进,药品零售市场的竞争愈发激烈,呈现出激烈的态势,竞争之势愈发白热化,随着对零售药房产品质量和服务质量的不断提升,零售药店的业态呈现出蓬勃发展的态势。本文以SOR模型为理论框架,旨在通过多服务场景经营策略研究,通过对服务场景策略的实施,为各大零售药房提出一系列改进措施,促进零售药房的整体环境,产品质量的显著提高。
With the rapid development of the social economy and the improvement of people’s living standards, people are paying more and more attention to health. Currently, most retail pharmacies in China conduct business activities in the form of chains. Therefore, with the evolution of China’s commercial form, the competition in the pharmaceutical retail market has become increasingly fierce, presenting a fierce trend, and the competition has become increasingly intense. With the continuous improvement of the quality of retail pharmacy products and services, the business model of retail pharmacies has shown a vigorous development trend. This article takes the SOR model as the theoretical framework and aims to study the business strategy of multiple service scenarios. Through the implementation of service scenario strategies, a series of improvement measures are proposed for major retail pharmacies to promote the overall environment of retail pharmacies and significantly improve product quality.
