在互联网时代，电子商务行业发展迅猛，消费者的购物习惯逐步从传统的线下模式向线上模式转变。然而，在网络交易的过程中，消费者网络隐私权的保护问题却日益凸显，主要表现为个人数据信息的非法搜集、非法使用和非法控制等方面。针对网络交易中消费者隐私权保护存在的问题，本文提出以下建议：一是完善和强化立法体系；二是提高平台自律；三是增强消费者自我保护意识。通过上述措施，以期能够有效遏制网络交易中侵犯消费者隐私权的行为，为消费者营造一个安全、可信赖的电子商务环境。
In the Internet era, the e-commerce industry has developed rapidly, and consumers’ shopping habits have gradually changed from the traditional offline model to the online model. However, in the process of online transactions, the protection of consumer online privacy rights is becoming increasingly prominent, mainly manifested in the illegal collection, use, and control of personal data information. In response to the problems in protecting consumer privacy rights in online transactions, this article proposes the following suggestions: firstly, to improve and strengthen the legislative system; Secondly, enhance platform self-discipline; The third is to enhance consumer self-protection awareness. Through the above measures, we aim to effectively curb the infringement of consumer privacy rights in online transactions and create a safe and trustworthy e-commerce environment for consumers.
