不同主体参与虚拟养老院建设——基于企业信息化
Different Entities Participate in the Construction of Virtual Nursing Home—Based on Enterprise Informatization

虚拟养老院是一种基于企业信息化、云计算和智能化等网络虚拟技术，连接政府、企业、老人三方主体，旨为垂暮之年的老人提供一种舒适的生活方式。其口碑提升的同时也面临一系列问题，政府干预过多、运营企业信息化建设存在问题、老年人加入意愿不强等等。本文根据福利多元主义理论、马斯洛需求层次理论，总结不同主体在虚拟养老院建设时面临的问题，并且提出优化方法，助推养老院的发展。
Virtual nursing home is a virtual network technology based on enterprise informatization, cloud computing and intelligence, which connects the government, enterprises and the elderly, aiming to provide a comfortable lifestyle for the elderly in their twilight years. While improving its reputation, it also faces a series of problems, such as excessive government intervention, problems in the informatization construction of operating enterprises, and weak willingness of the elderly to join. Based on the theory of welfare pluralism and Maslow’s hierarchy of needs, this paper summarizes the problems faced by different entities in the construction of virtual nursing homes, and proposes optimization methods to promote the development of nursing homes.
