居家养老模式下农村住宅空间适老化改造策略研究

Abstract:
中国正面临严峻的人口老龄化问题，尤其是在农村地区。本文探讨了居家养老模式下农村住宅的适老化改造策略，分析了中国人口老龄化现状及其对养老模式的影响，针对农村老年人的基本特征与养老需求，提出了适老化住宅空间设计原则及具体的改造策略，通过优化住宅空间设计和设施配置，提升农村老年人的生活质量，为农村地区的老年人塑造一个舒适宜居的养老居住环境。
China is facing a severe problem of aging population, especially in rural areas. This article explores the aging friendly renovation strategies of rural housing under the home-based elderly care model, analyzes the current situation of aging population in China and its impact on the elderly care model, explores the basic characteristics and elderly care needs of rural elderly people, and proposes the principles of aging friendly housing space design and specific renovation strategies. The aim is to optimize residential space design and facility configuration, improve the quality of life of rural elderly people, and create a comfortable and livable elderly care living environment for rural elderly people.
