贵州省农村跨境电商发展现状及可行性建议浅析

Abstract:

随着社会信息化的快速发展,数字化经济得到蓬勃发展,跨境电商的发展衍生到农村经济,我国的农村跨境电商模式呈现出较好的发展势头。各省的农业企业及农户们借助跨境电商平台销售当地特色农产品,提高了农产品流通效率,为农村居民带来了新型收入来源。但目前国内跨境电商等要素在实际应用中缺乏优质平台支撑、宣传营销的推广力度不够、农产品售后的保障服务不足、配套物流技术滞后等现实问题,阻碍了农村跨境电商的发展潜力。本文以贵州省为例,研究农村跨境电商的发展现状,根据现状中存在的问题提出可行性的发展建议。贵州省在发展农村跨境电商时要明确农村跨境电商发展的意义及实施路径;明确当地农产品特色,塑造特色的乡村发展模式;建立农村跨境电商运营的特色渠道,建立贵州省农产品名片;强化相关人才培养,完善人才引进等机制,致力于提高本省的农村跨境电商发展路径。
With the rapid development of social informationization, digital economy has flourished, and the development of cross-border e-commerce has spilled over into rural economy. The rural cross-border e-commerce model in China has shown a good development trend. Agricultural enterprises and farmers in various provinces have taken advantage of cross-border e-commerce platforms to sell local specialty agricultural products, improving the efficiency of agricultural product circulation and bringing new income sources to rural residents. However, there are currently real problems in the actual application of domestic cross-border e-commerce, such as the lack of quality platform support, insufficient promotion and marketing efforts, insufficient after-sales service guarantee for agricultural products, and lagging logistics technology. These problems hinder the potential development of rural cross-border e-commerce. This paper takes Guizhou Province as an example to study the current situation of rural cross-border e-commerce and proposes feasible development suggestions based on the problems existing in the current situation. Guizhou Province should clarify the significance and implementation path of rural cross-border e-commerce; clarify the local characteristics of agricultural products and shape distinctive rural development models; establish unique channels for rural cross-border e-commerce operation and establish Guizhou agricultural products name cards; strengthen relevant talent cultivation and improve talent introduction mechanisms to enhance the development path of rural cross-border e-commerce in the province.
