基于SWOT分析的贵州省物流业数字化转型研究
Research on the Digital Transformation of Guizhou Province’s Logistics Industry Based on SWOT Analysis

在全球经济一体化和信息技术迅猛发展的背景下，数字化转型已成为推动物流业升级的关键途径。贵州省作为中国西部地区重要交通枢纽和经济支点，其物流业数字化转型不仅是提升物流效率的必然选择，也是实现区域经济跨越式发展的重要途径。本文基于SWOT分析法，系统评估贵州省物流业数字化转型的内外部环境。研究发现，尽管其拥有政策支持、技术赋能等有利条件，但也面临地形限制、资金短缺、人才缺乏等挑战，由此提出对策建议，期望能够为贵州省乃至中国西部地区物流业数字化转型的相关政策制定和产业战略规划提供有益启示和指导。
In the context of global economic integration and the rapid development of information technology, digital transformation has become a key pathway to promote the upgrading of the logistics industry and enhance its core competitiveness. As an important transportation hub and economic fulcrum in the western region of China, the digital transformation of Guizhou Province’s logistics industry is not only an inevitable choice to improve logistics efficiency but also an important way to achieve leapfrog development of regional economy. Based on the SWOT analysis method, this paper systematically assesses the internal and external environment of Guizhou Province’s logistics industry digital transformation. The study finds that, despite favorable conditions such as policy support and technological empowerment, there are also challenges such as geographical constraints, funding shortages, and talent scarcity. Therefore, countermeasures and suggestions are proposed, expecting to provide beneficial insights and guidance for the digital transformation of the logistics industry in Guizhou Province and the western region of China. It also aims to provide theoretical support for policy formulation and industrial strategic planning.
