探究幼儿教师情绪劳动的影响因素及应对策略：基于心理健康视角的研究
Exploring the Influencing Factors and Coping Strategies of Emotional Labor of Preschool Teachers: A Study Based on the Perspective of Mental Health

随着社会的发展和人们对教育需求的不断提高，人们更加关注幼儿的成长过程，而幼儿教师则承担着引导和帮助幼儿成长的重要任务。然而，由于幼儿的特殊性和教育压力的增加，幼儿教师在工作中面临着各种情绪问题，严重影响了幼儿身心的健康发展。本文旨在探究幼儿教师情绪劳动的影响因素，并提出相应的应对策略，从心理健康视角出发，为幼儿教师提供一些有效的方法来解决情绪问题，以确保幼儿教师能够在良好的情绪状态下从事教育工作和促进幼儿的健康成长。
With the development of society and the continuous improvement of people’s demand for education, people pay more attention to the growth process of young children, and preschool teachers undertake the important task of guiding and helping young children to grow. However, due to the particularity of young children and the increase in educational pressure, preschool teachers face various emotional problems at work, which seriously affect the healthy development of children’s physical and mental health. This paper aims to explore the influencing factors of the emotional labor of preschool teachers and propose corresponding coping strategies. From the perspective of mental health, it provides preschool teachers with some effective methods to solve emotional problems, so as to ensure that preschool teachers can engage in educational work and promote the healthy growth of children in a good emotional state.
