With the development of society and the continuous improvement of people’s demand for education, people pay more attention to the growth process of young children, and preschool teachers undertake the important task of guiding and helping young children to grow. However, due to the particularity of young children and the increase in educational pressure, preschool teachers face various emotional problems at work, which seriously affect the healthy development of children’s physical and mental health. This paper aims to explore the influencing factors of the emotional labor of preschool teachers and propose corresponding coping strategies. From the perspective of mental health, it provides preschool teachers with some effective methods to solve emotional problems, so as to ensure that preschool teachers can engage in educational work and promote the healthy growth of children in a good emotional state. %K 幼儿教师,情绪劳动,心理健康视角
