建构数智时代的互联网公益新场景

Abstract:
随着数字经济的快速升温，如何建构数智时代的互联网公益新场景成为亟待研究的问题。本文从内涵特征、基本要素、实现路径三个维度出发，回顾并综述了国内外有关数字技术及互联网公益的文献资料，指出新场景构建中存在的问题并探索其解决方式，以期推动互联网公益事业行稳致远。
With the rapid rise of the digital economy, how to build a new Internet public welfare scene in the digital intelligence era has become an urgent problem to be studied. This paper reviews and summarizes the literature on digital technology and Internet public welfare at home and abroad from the three dimensions of connotation characteristics, basic elements and realization paths, points out the problems existing in the construction of new scenarios and explores their solutions, with a view to promoting the stability of Internet public welfare.
