数字化转型对制造业企业绩效的影响研究

Abstract:
随着数字经济的快速发展，制造业企业进行数字化转型是否能够有效提升企业绩效，成为了备受关注的问题。本文以2018~2022年沪深A股上市制造业企业为样本，通过实证研究数字化转型对制造业企业绩效的影响。结果表明制造企业数字化转型可以提高企业绩效，且数字化转型通过提高企业管理效率，进而提高制造企业绩效。本研究有助于丰富数字化转型与企业绩效两者之间的机制研究。
With the rapid development of the digital economy, it has become a matter of concern whether the digital transformation of manufacturing enterprises can effectively improve enterprise performance. This paper takes Shanghai and Shenzhen A-share listed manufacturing enterprises in 2018~2022 as a sample, and empirically investigates the impact of digital transformation on the performance of manufacturing enterprises. The results show that digital transformation of manufacturing enterprises can improve enterprise performance, and that digital transformation inproves the performance of manufacturing firms by improving the efficiency of firm management and thus. This study helps to enrich the research on the mechanism between both digital transformation and enterprise performance.
