基于SWOT分析的长丰县农产品物流发展策略研究
Research on the Development Strategy of Agricultural Product Logistics in Changfeng County Based on SWOT Analysis

随着我国电子商务产业和物流产业的蓬勃发展，农产品物流产业也在不断发展，它不仅推动了农业产业的现代化和转型升级，促进了农村经济的结构调整和农民增收，对农业产业链条的各个环节也产生了积极的影响。文章运用SWOT分析法识别出长丰县农产品物流发展的优势与不足，通过向长丰县农产品物流从业人员发放调查问卷，发现长丰县农产品物流发展过程中存在物流基础设施陈旧、信息化水平低和缺乏专业技术人才等难题，并根据分析结果提出长丰县农产品物流发展优化策略。本研究不仅有助于推动长丰县农产品物流的健康发展，提升农产品附加值和市场竞争力，也为其他地区农产品物流发展提供了有益的参考和借鉴。
With the vigorous development of China’s e-commerce and logistics industries, the agricultural product logistics industry is also constantly developing. It not only promotes the modernization and transformation of the agricultural industry, but also promotes the structural adjustment of the rural economy and the increase of farmers’ income, and has a positive impact on various links of the agricultural industry chain. The article uses the SWOT analysis method to identify the advantages and disadvantages of the development of agricultural product logistics in Changfeng County. By distributing survey questionnaires to agricultural product logistics practitioners in Changfeng County, it is found that there are difficulties in the development of agricultural product logistics in Changfeng County, such as outdated logistics infrastructure, low level of informatization, and lack of professional and technical talents. Based on the analysis results, optimization strategies for the development of agricultural product logistics in Changfeng County are proposed. This study not only helps to promote the healthy development of agricultural product logistics in Changfeng County, enhance the added value and market competitiveness of agricultural products, but also provides useful reference and inspiration for the development of agricultural product logistics in other regions.
