农村电子商务对乡村社会的价值研究
Research on the Value of Rural E-Commerce to Rural Society

随着互联网的发展，电子商务作为一种新型贸易方式发展迅速。党和国家高度重视乡村社会发展，大力宣传电子商务对农村发展的作用，为农村社会发展带来了新的机遇，但同时也面临着新的挑战。本文在分析农村电子商务和农村经济发展现状的基础上，深入研究了农村电子商务对农村经济转型、农民收入提高、农村人才资源回流、精准脱贫等一系列农村社会问题的解决所发挥的作用。此外，本文还探讨了农村电子商务在发展过程中存在的一些问题，包括农村物流系统的建设、农村电子商务的监管以及农村电子商务的人才培养等问题。
With the development of the Internet, e-commerce as a new way of trade has developed rapidly. The Party and the state attach great importance to rural social development, and vigorously publicize the role of e-commerce in rural development, which has brought new opportunities for rural social development, but also faces new challenges. Based on the analysis of the current situation of rural e-commerce and rural economic development, this paper deeply studies the role of rural e-commerce in solving a series of rural social problems such as rural economic transformation, increase of farmers’ income, return of rural talent resources and precise poverty alleviation. In addition, this paper also discusses some problems existing in the development process of rural e-commerce, including the construction of rural logistics system, the supervision of rural e-commerce and the training of rural e-commerce talents.
