绿色供应链管理与汽车企业绿色创新绩效：环境规制的调节效应
Green Supply Chain Management and Green Innovation Performance of Automobile Companies: The Moderating Effect of Environmental Regulation

汽车制造业作为周期性行业，受目前市场需求萎缩和环境资源限制的双重束缚，对环境的影响也逐渐引起消费者的顾虑，迫切需要供应链向绿色环保转型。然而，目前关于汽车企业绿色供应链管理评价模型尚未形成统一意见。本文选取2012~2020年A股上市汽车公司作为研究样本，从实证角度出发，深入剖析样本汽车企业绿色供应链管理与绿色创新绩效之间的内在联系，并探讨环境规制因素在二者关系中的调节效应。研究结果发现，绿色供应链管理对汽车企业绿色创新绩效具有正向影响；环境规制在绿色供应链管理与汽车企业绿色创新绩效之间起正向调节作用。本文基于汽车企业供应链特征构建绿色供应链管理评价模型，丰富了绿色供应链的理论研究，为汽车企业绿色供应链的构建和完善管理提供参考及对策建议。
The automobile manufacturing industry, as a cyclical industry, is bound by the current double constraints of shrinking market demand and environmental resource limitations, and its impact on the environment has gradually aroused consumers’ concerns, which urgently requires a green transformation of the supply chain. However, no unified opinion has been formed on the green supply chain management evaluation model of automobile enterprises. This paper selects A-share listed automobile companies from 2012 to 2020 as a research sample, and studies the relationship between green supply chain management of automobile enterprises in China and their green innovation performance from an empirical perspective, and explores the moderating role of environmental regulation between the two. The results of the study found that green supply chain management has a positive impact on the green innovation performance of automobile enterprises; environmental regulation plays a positive moderating role between green supply chain management and green innovation performance of automobile enterprises. This paper has constructed a green supply chain management evaluation model based on the supply chain characteristics of automobile enterprises, enriched the theoretical research on green supply chain, and provided reference and countermeasure suggestions for the construction and perfect management of green supply chain of automobile enterprises.
