《电子商务法》的实施为我国农村电子商务发展提供了法律框架和法治保障，明确了经营主体的范围、登记原则和纳税义务，从而促进了农村电子商务的发展，活跃了农村经济，有助于精准脱贫和农村经济的转型升级。尽管如此，农村电商仍面临交易安全、平台责任、违约风险等挑战，需要通过加强监管、建立食品安全保险和提升法律培训等措施加以解决。农村电商为农业现代化和农村经济发展注入了新动能，但法律规范缺失和农民法律意识薄弱等问题限制了其进一步发展。因此，系统化地研究农村电子商务面临的法律风险，为其提供全面的法律支持，对确保农村电商规范、有序运行具有重要意义。
The implementation of the Electronic Commerce Law provides a legal framework and legal guarantee for the development of rural e-commerce in China, and clarifies the scope of the business subject, the registration principle and tax obligations, thus promoting the development of rural e-commerce, activating the rural economy, and helping to precisely alleviate poverty and transform and upgrade the rural economy. Despite this, rural e-commerce is still faced with challenges such as transaction security, platform responsibility, and breach of contract risks, which need to be solved by strengthening supervision, establishing food safety insurance and improving legal training. Rural e-commerce has injected new momentum into agricultural modernization and rural economic development, but the lack of legal norms and the weak legal awareness of farmers limit its further development. Therefore, it is of great significance to systematically study the legal risks faced by rural e-commerce and provide comprehensive legal support for it to ensure the standardized and orderly operation of rural e-commerce.
