近年来，金融数字化进程方兴未艾，物联网、大数据、区块链等各类新兴技术的飞速发展，保险业与数字技术深度融合，保险价值链体系发生巨大变化与发展。本文聚焦数字化背景下对保险行业产生较大影响的互联网技术——物联网、大数据、区块链，关注在数字化技术发展进程中高度融入的保险科技，对数字化背景下的保险价值链进行分析与阐释。从保险产品设计、保险产品营销、核保理赔服务三方面对新的保险生态圈进行了一定的分析。
In recent years, the process of financial digitization has been flourishing, with the rapid development of various emerging technologies such as the Internet of Things, big data, and blockchain. The insurance industry has deeply integrated with digital technology, and the insurance value chain system has undergone tremendous changes and development. This paper focuses on Internet technologies that have a great impact on the insurance industry in the digital context—the Internet of Things, big data, blockchain. It focuses on insurance technology that is highly integrated in the development process of digital technology, and analyzes and explains the insurance value chain in the digital context. A certain analysis was conducted on the new insurance ecosystem from three aspects: insurance product design, insurance product marketing, and underwriting and claims services.
